Goodwill Southeast and College Partner to Help Returning Students
海角社区 President Michelle Johnston and Goodwill Southeast Georgia Vice President of Mission Services Veronica Styron signed a memorandum of understanding to partner together for Goodwill鈥檚 Path to Success Program. The program will help adult learners who are facing difficulties return to the College and complete their education.
Goodwill鈥檚 Path to Success Program is designed to assist students who may have a financial barrier, such as an outstanding balance, preventing their return. The College will select students who meet the program鈥檚 requirements and Goodwill will award up to $1,500 toward recipients鈥� cost of attendance per term. Students will be mentored through the Path to Success Program, attend trainings recommended by a Goodwill Career Specialist, create an individual development plan, and have their academic progress regularly reviewed.
Path to Success furthers Goodwill鈥檚 mission to remove financial hardships that may prevent community members from completing their education.
